الفضائيات العربية الموجهة للأطفال وتحديات الهوية الثقافية في ظل العولمة - رؤية تحليلية -

Résumé: ينافس التلفزيون الأسرة والمدرسة في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية للطفل، إذ يعد من أكثر الوسائل التربوية تأثيرا عليه مما ينعكس على بناءاتهم الفكرية والمعرفية وأنماطهم السلوكية، وقد ساهم البث الفضائي وانتشار القنوات الفضائية الموجهة للأطفال في تعاظم هذا التأثير وجعله أكثر عمقا وأبعد مدى، حيث أتاحت هذه القنوات العديد من الخيارات أمام الطفل من حيث تنوع البرامج بغض النظر عما تحويه هذه البرامج من مواد قد تؤثر سلبا على تنشئته الاجتماعية وثقافته وهويته. وأمام هذا الوضع برز الاهتمام بما تبثه هذه القنوات من برامج وعلاقة مضامينها بالبيئة الثقافية للطفل المتلقي، حيث تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية الى التعرف على علاقة مضامين القنوات الفضائية الموجهة للأطفال-العربية منها على وجه التحديد – بالهوية الثقافية العربية ودورها الفعلي في تشكيل وترسيخ الهوية الثقافية للطفل في ظل المخاوف المتزايدة من آثار العولمة الإعلامية والثقافية على الهوية العربية. The current article discusses television ‘impact and Child’ education through space broadcasting which plays a great deal in educating society. So, as a result television rivals by its speed of spread, ease of use and the pleasure it carries family and school in the process of the child's socialization, as it is one of the most influential educational methods that reflects their intellectual and cognitive structures and behavioural patterns. This due to the space broadcasting and the proliferation of children's satellite channels that contributed to the growing impact and made it deeper and more far-reaching. Then, these channels have provided children with many options in terms of the diversity of programmes, regardless of the content of these programmes, which may negatively affect their social upbringing, culture and identity. In view of this situation, our study will focus on the programmes of these channels and their contents' Relationship with the cultural environment of the receiving child’s cultural identity, and its effective role in shaping and entrenching the cultural identity of the child in the light of growing fears of the effects of media and cultural globalization on Arab identity.
