Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم التجربة الجزائرية في مجال الإدارة الإلكترونية مقارنة بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، ‏بناء على ‏‏مؤشرات تقرير هيئة الأمم المتحدة لسنة 2020‏. أظهرت النتائج أن جميع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي قد قطعت أشواطا كبيرة في مراحل بناء منظومة الإدارة ‏الإلكترونية ‏‏مقارنة بباقي الدول العربية، في حين لا تزال الجزائر تضاعف الجهود لتحسين جودة خدماتها. The present study aims to evaluate the Algerian experience in the field of e-management ‎‎compared to the GCC countries, based on the indicators of the United ‎‎Nations report of 2020. The results showed that all GCC countries have made big strides in the stages of ‎‎‎‎building ‎the e-management system compared to other Arab countries, while ‎Algeria is ‎‎still ‎doubling ‎efforts to improve the quality of its services.
