Résumé: الملخصّ الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تسليط الضوء على فكر ابن خلدون وكيف اهتم بالمسائل الاجتماعية بعيدا عن التأمل البعيد عن الواقع هذا من جهة ومن جهة اخرى محاولة البحث عن العوائق التي وقفت امام ابن خلدون في محاولته هذه The aim of this study is to shed light on Ibn Khaldun’s thought and how he cared about social issues away from contemplation distant from this reality on the one hand, and on the other hand an attempt to search for the obstacles that stood in front of Ibn Khaldun in his attempt
