انعاكاسات التنافسية الدولية على التجارة البينية العربية 2010/2020

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى تحليل التنافسية الاقتصادية للدول العربية ممثلة في الكويت، قطر، الامارات العربية المتحدة، عمان، السعودية، الجزائر، المغرب، تونس، مصر والاردن خلال الفترة 2010-2020 باستخدام مؤشر التنافسية العالمي الذي يصدره سنويا المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي كمتغير تابع معبر عن التنافسية الاقتصادية، ولبلوغ الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على تحديد العلاقة بين اثار تحرير التجارة الدولية على التنافسية الاقتصادية في هذه الدول باستخدام التحليل البياني للعلاقة في كل دولة منفردة والتحليل الاحصائي لقياس هذه العلاقة في الدول كوحدة واحدةـ، وخلصت الدراسة الى الاهمية النسبية للصادرات في التأثير الايجابي على التنافسية مقارنة باستقطاب الاستثمارات الاجنبية المباشرة، كما ان الواردات لا تشكل عاملا مثبطا للتنافسية. " The main target of this study is the analyze of the economic competitiveness of the Arabic countries (Kuwait, Qatar, U.A.E, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Jordan) during the period 2010-2020, using the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) published annually by the World Economic Forum (WEF) as a dependent variable. In order to achieve this purpose, the study relied on the determination of the relationship between the impacts of foreign trade liberalization and the economic competitiveness through two types of analyses, graphical analysis to assess the relationship in each country, and statistical analysis to evaluate the relationship in the countries as one particular unit. The results show the importance of the exports as an induce factor to competitiveness than the inward foreign direct investment, but the imports have not the same importance."
