دور ادارة الموارد الطبيعية في تحقيق ابعاد التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر (2000-2021)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى تقييم إدارة الموارد الطبيعية ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق ابعاد التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2021 من خلال تحليل مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة (الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والبيئية)، التي تمكننا من تقييم مدى تقدم الجزائر في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. واظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان الجزائر أحرزت تقدما في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في شقها الاجتماعي، ولم تتمكن بعد من تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجانب البيئي والاقتصادي. وتشير هذه النتائج الى انه ينبغي لواضعي السياسات العامة في الجزائر تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري مع تحديد طرق فعالة للإدارة الرشيدة للموارد الطبيعية خاصة المتجددة منها وتكثيف سياسات الوعي البيئي. The study aimed to evaluate the management of naturel resources and its contribution to achieving the dimensions of sustainable development in Algeria during the period of 2000-2021, using the analysis of sustainable development indicators (economic, social, and environmental). These indicators allow for an evaluation of Algeria's Progress in achieving sustainable development in its various dimensions. The results of the study showed that Algeria has made progress in achieving sustainable development in its social aspect, but has not yet achieved sustainable development in the environmental and economic aspects. These findings indicate that Algeria's policymakers should diversify the Algerian Economy and find effective methods to manage naturel resources, especially renewable ones, in a more rational manner. Furthermore, policies to increase environmental awareness should be intensified.
