دراسة العلاقة بين قطاع الفلاحة ومعدلات الفقر في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة مابين 1980-2016

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين قطاع الفلاحة والفقر من خلال عرض الدراسات السابقة، تم اختبار هذه الفرضية على حالة الجزائر باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL، باستخدام بيانات سنوية لسلسة زمنية خلال الفترة الممتدة بين (1980-2016). أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة سلبية بين الإنتاج الفلاحي ومعدلات الفقر على المدى القصير والمدى الطويل، وإلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين التضخم والفقر على المدى القصير وهي نتيجة غير متوافقة والمنطق الاقتصادي بينما كانت العلاقة ايجابية بينهما على المدى الطويل، كذلك أظهرت النتائج أن الفقر في الجزائر كان نتيجة للأوضاع الاقتصادية والسياسية غير المستقرة في سنوات التسعينات. Abstract : The study aims at identifying the relationship between the agriculture sector and poverty through the presentation of previous studies,This hypothesis was tested on the case of Algeria using the autoegressive distributed lag model (ARDL) using annual data over the period (1980-2016). The study showed that there is a negative correlation between agricultural production and poverty rates in the short and long term, and that there is an inverse relation between inflation and poverty in the short term which is not consistent with the economic logic while the relationship was positive in the long run. The results also showed that poverty in Algeria was the result of economic and political instability in the 1990s.
