دور معيار التدقيق الجزائري رقم 700 في تحسين جودة تقرير المدقق الخارجي - دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المهنيين لسنة 2024-

Résumé: : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تطبيق معيار التدقيق الجزائري رقم 700 "تأسيس الرأي وتقرير التدقيق على الكشوف المالية" في تحسين جودة تقرير المدقق الخارجي؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع 40 استمارة استبيان على مجموعة من المهنيين المتمثلين في محافظي الحسابات والخبراء المحاسبين ومحاسبين معتمدين. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي أن تطبيق متطلبات ومضمون التقرير حسب معيار التدقيق الجزائري رقم 700؛ أنه يساهم في تحسين جودة تقرير المدقق الخارجي وكذا يوضح للمدقق طريقة تصميم التقرير بغية إبداء رأي فني محايد حول القوائم المالية للمنشأة محل التدقيق. Abstract : This study aims to identify the importance of applying Algerian Auditing Standard No. 700 "Basing the Opinion and Audit Report on Financial Statements" in improving the quality of the external auditor's report; To achieve this goal, 40 questionnaires were distributed to a group of professionals represented by accountants, accounting experts and certified accountants. One of the most important results reached by the study is that applying the requirements and content of the report according to Algerian Auditing Standard No. 700 contributes to improving the quality of the external auditor's report and also explains to the auditor the method of designing the report in order to express a neutral technical opinion on the financial statements of the entity being audited
