Résumé: The new change of the national economy led to the modernization of banking service, through the use of electronic payment and the creation of some banks, which have their own electronic networks, as well as the adoption of some new technologies. And to give importance to human resources and its efficiency, and the liberalization of the financial and banking sector, as well as recovery witnessed by the media and telecommunications sector in Algeria, through the spread of the internet, mobile and fixed phone and encourage investment in this field.
