قياس اثر تغيرات السياسة المالية و النقدية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2022

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس اثر كل من السياسة النقدية والمالية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2022من خلال النموذج القياسي الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء الموزعةARDL و قد تم اختيار مختلف المتغيرات التي تعبر عن السياستين بالإضافة إلى متغيرات أخرى تراعي خصوصية حالة الاقتصاد الجزائري. حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط للنمو الاقتصادي بالسياسة المالية و النقدية و لا كن لا يمكن مقارنته بأكبر محدد و مفعل و مؤثر و هو أسعار البترول. Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of monetary and fiscal policies on economic growth in Algeria during the period 1990-2022 using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. Through Various variables representing both policies were selected, along with other variables that take into account the specific characteristics of the Algerian economy. The study results indicate a relationship between economic growth and both fiscal and monetary policies. However, this relationship cannot be compared to the most significant determinant and driver, and influential factor—oil prices.
