حجاجية الأمر والنّهي في القرآن الكريم -دراسة تحليلية لنماذج من سورة المائدة- Argumentative Command And Prohibition In The Holy Quran An Analytical Study Of Examples Of Surat Al-ma’idah

Résumé: الملخص: نحاول من خلال هذا البحث الكشف عن إستراتيجية من إستراتيجيات الحجاج الموظفة في سورة المائدة في مقامات وسياقات متعدّدة وهي تقنية الأمر والنّهي، والتي تُعد من أهم القضايا اللّغوية والحجاجية المرتبطة بالنّص القرآني عموما وسورة المائدة على وجه الخصوص، وكان الهدف من هذه الدّراسة إبراز القيمة الحجاجية للأوامر والنّواهي من خلال نماذج من السّورة والوقوف على آليات اشتغالها، والنّظر في الأبعاد الحجاجية التي تضمنتها. توصّلت الدّراسة إلى مجموعة من النّتائج التي أسهمت في حل مشكلة البحث، منها: أنّ الأوامر والنّواهي في النّص القرآني هي في الأساس توجيه للمتلقي سواء أكان هذا الأخير حاصل داخل النّص أو خارجه. Abstract: Through this research, we are trying to reveal a strategy of the pilgrims employed in Surat Al-Ma’idah in various shrines and contexts, which is the command and prohibition technique, which is one of the mist important linguistic and argumentative issues related to the Quranic text in general, and Surat Al-Ma’idah in particular. The aim of this study was to highlight the argumentative value for commands and prohibitions through examples of the Surah, standing at the mechanisms of its argumentative operation, and examining the argumentative dimensions it contains. The study reached a set of results that contributed to solving the research problem, including: that the commands and prohibitions in the Quranic text are basically a directive to the recipient, whether the latter is obtained inside ir inside or outside the text.
