توظيف الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة في تكوين وتدريب النوادي الرياضية بين الواقع والمأمول

Résumé: تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق مستحدثات التكنولوجيا في ميدان التدريب الرياضي من خلال التعرف على كل من معوقات استخدام هذه الأخيرة وكذا الحلول اللازمة لتطوير الفضاء الرياضي من خلال العمل على توفيرها، وعليه فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته طبيعة هذه الدراسة، كما تم توظيف استمارة استبيان كأداة للدراسة حيث وزعت على عينة متكونة من 50 مدربا من ولاية المسيلة، وأظهرت النتائج أن عدم الاهتمام بالتدريب على تقنيات الإعلام الآلي يعد من أهم العوائق التي تقف في سبيل استعمال التقنية وفهمها This study aims to know the reality of the application of technological innovation in the field of sports training by identifying each of the obstacles to the use of the latter, as well as the solutions needed to develop the sports space by working to provide them. A questionnaire form as a tool for the study,which was distributed to a sample of 50 trainers from the state of M'sila, and the results showed that the lack of interest in training on computer media techniques is one of the most important obstacles that stand in the way of using and understanding the technology
