Résumé: This study, entitled “The Role of Oral and Written Expression Activities in the Language Communication Process - in the Fourth Year Department of Primary Education as a Model,” attempted to monitor the reality of teaching oral and written communication of the classical Arabic language in primary schools within the Algerian educational system. Through which we try to answer: What is the extent of the role of oral and written expression activities in the process of linguistic communication? Teachers and language specialists seek to find effective methods to improve spoken and written communication, as well as to advance the level of teaching the Arabic language and its literature through the learner’s acquisition of communicative linguistic competence, through which he can experience the social situation and communicate with others in various situations. Expression He expresses his thoughts, feelings, feelings, and emotions in eloquent Arabic, and this is in light of the stark technological development, and communicative language is one of these effective methods in the educational-learning process
