"أثر القيادة اإلدارية عمى تنمية اإلبداع لدى الموارد البشرية"

Résumé: "تناولت هذه الدراسة ""أثر القيادة الإدارية على تنمية الإبداع لدى الموارد البشرية"" وهدفت إلى تحديد العلاقة بين القيادة الإدارية بمختلف أنماطها وبين الإبداع لدى الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة، وتمت الدراسة الميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية -سعد دحلب- بجامعة. ومن أجل التحقق من هذه العلاقة بين القيادة الإدارية والإبداع اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على الاستبيان وتحليل النتائج المحصل عليها وقد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج نذكر منها : أن المؤسسة تتوفر على قيادة إدارية بمستوى مقبول إلى حد ما باعتبار أن المؤسسة تعتمد أسلوب قيادة حر بالدرجة الأولى ثم أسلوب القيادة الديمقراطي، الأمر الذي يجعل مستوى الإبداع مقبول هو الآخر. ومن خلال الإجابة على الفرضيات نستنتج أن هناك علاقة قوية بين القيادة الإدارية والإبداع لدى المورد البشري. ""This study dealt with ""the impact of administrative leadership on the development of creativity in human resources"" and aimed to determine the relationship between administrative leadership of its various types and creativity of human resources in the institution, and the field study was carried out at the public hospital institution - Saad Dahlab - at the University. In order to verify this relationship between administrative leadership and creativity, we relied in this study on a questionnaire and analysis of the results obtained. We have reached a number of results, including: that the institution has an administrative leadership at an acceptable level to some extent, considering that the institution adopts a free leadership style in the first place and then a democratic leadership style, which makes the level of creativity acceptable as well. By answering the hypotheses, we conclude that there is a strong relationship between the administrative leadership and the creativity of the human resource. "
