فعالية مصادر التمويل الداخلي كآلية لنمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة "حالة عينة من المؤسسات بالجنوب الشرقي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فعالية مصادر التمويل الداخلي في نمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري وفي الدراسة التطبيقية، كما تم استخدام أداة المقابلة لجمع المعلومات الضرورية لإجراء الدراسة التطبيقية المطبقة على تسع مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة بولايات الجنوب الشرقي، خلال خمس سنوات (2013-2017) باستخدام برنامج البانل، وإلى جانب أداة المقابلة تم جمع أيضا المعلومات من وثائق المؤسسات المعنية بالدراسة. دلت النتائج على أنه تختلف فعالية مصادر التمويل الداخلي في تنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث يعتبر فعالية الأموال الخاصة أكبر من فعالية القدرة على التمويل الذاتي في نمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجنوب الشرقي بالجزائر. The aim of this study was to identify the effectiveness of internal finance sources in the growth of small and medium enterprises, using the descriptive approach in the theoretical and analytical methods in the applied study, in addition to adopting the experimental method in accordance with the IMRAD methodology. On nine small and medium-sized enterprises in the south-eastern states, within five years (2013-2017) using the panell program. In addition to the interview tool, information was also collected from the documents of the institutions involved. The results showed that the effectiveness of internal financing sources differed in the development of SMEs, where the effectiveness of private funds was greater than the effectiveness of self-financing capacity in SME growth in the south-east of Algeria.
