Résumé: "يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور الرقابة المالية في تنفيذ النفقات العمومية لمصلحة الرقابة المالية لبلدية الرياح . ولقد اعتمدنا في معالجة إشكالية البحث على الوثائق التي تحصلنا عليها من مصلحة الرقابة المالية لبلدية الرباح . ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن طريقة عمل أجهزة الرقابة المالية متنوعة ما بين ضمان شرعية النفقة ورقابة تستند على وثائق وسجلات مقدمة ورقابة تعتمد على التحري والاستفسار عن مسار النفقة وهذه الأجهزة والأساليب تمنح تسيير فعال في الإنفاق العمومي. ولقد أوصى البحث بضرورة إعادة النظر في الهيكل التنظيمي لأجهزة الرقابة المالية ومواردها البشرية لتمكينها من الاستفادة من التطور التكنولوجي في مجال الرقابة المالية وجذب الكفاءات المتخصصة في هذا المجال وزيادة عددها لرفع كفائة دورها الرقابي المالي من جهة وتنفيذ المال العام وحمايته من جهة أخرى.""The purpose of this research is to know the role of financial services in implementing the financial distribution of financial devices for mobile devices, for the municipality of Al-Rabah.
