Résumé: Our study is concerned with the effect of exposure to the television drama "Babur al-Louh" on the formation of social values among university youth at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. Algerian for social drama, in addition to searching for measuring the volume of watching TV drama by Algerian youth, as well as knowing the factors of attraction and excitement contained in the topics of drama series to attract the attention of the viewer, as well as the interpretation of the relationship between what is broadcast by Algerian TV drama and social reality, as this study is considered one of the studies Descriptive, we relied on the survey method, using a questionnaire tool, and it was applied to a sample of 20 male and female students, chosen in an intentional manner, to record the following results: Most of the students in the sample watch the series with their families at the time of the replay at home, and it also addresses social problems, while it did not succeed in presenting Islamic values, in addition to not using the Internet to recreate the drama of Babur Al-Louh. The positive and noble values acquired by the study sample were honor, magnanimity, then cooperation, ambition, patriotism, responsibility, sincere love, and modesty, while the negative values and habits that the series contributed to spreading grooming, illegal relationships, and illegal immigration Most of the students at Kasdi Merbah University believe that what attracted them the most in the series Babur al-Louh is illegal immigration, and for this reason they form a belief that life abroad is not here, which makes them think about immigration sooner or later, especially the situation and circumstances that necessitate the construction of beliefs such asThis, which is represented in the miserable situation of life, which the series portrayed to the fullest, highlighting all the suffering of the Algerian youth and the university student is considered one of these young people, as it broadcast in them the spirit of the family and the one family and the importance of the social relationship in which a normal individual is raised.
