الصحة النفسية وعلاقتها بالضغوط المهنية لدى أخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية ( مكتبات جامعة المسيلة نموذجا)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على العلاقة بين الصحة النفسية والضغوط المهنية لدى أخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية للفرضيات أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الصحة النفسية والضغوط المهنية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة ، كما أظهرت أن متوسط الصحة النفسية لدى هؤلاء الأفراد متوسط ، بينما متوسط الضغوط المهنية لدى أخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية مرتفع ، وعليه تؤكد الدراسة على ضرورة الاهتمام ببيئة العمل والعامل معا لتحسين الصحة النفسية . The study aims to identify the relationship between mental health and professional stress in the information specialist in university libraries, after the statistical treatment of the hypotheses, the results showed a correlation between mental health and professional stress Among the individuals in the study sample, it also showed that the mental health of these people is average, while the pressure is medium. The professionalism of the information specialist in university libraries is high. Therefore, the study highlights the need to pay attention to the work environment and the worker together to improve mental health
