Résumé: يُعد الأمن من أولويات الدولة الجزائرية لضمان استقرارها وحماية المجتمع من المخاطر المحيطة بها سواء الداخلية أو الخارجية، والتدعيات على التنمية خاصة في المناطق الحدودية، كما أن الأمن والتنمية علاقة تكاملية مترابطة وأولت الجزائر أهمية لهذا الجانب من خلال تأمين حدودها في ظل التهديدات الأمنية التي تعرفها المنطقة ككل وعليه تقوم الجزائر بتوفير وخلق مناخ ملائم لتنمية المناطق الحدودية والمتاخمة لبؤر التوتر التي تعرفها دول الجوار، ولعل أبرز تحدي للدولة الجزائرية هو حماية المناطق الحدودية وذلك بتثمينها وتوفير البني التحتية ووضع سياسة وبرامج خاصة لهذه المناطق خصوصا في الجانب التنمية والاستثمار. Security is one of the priorities of the Algerian state to ensure its stability and protect society from the dangers surrounding it, and the repercussions for development, especially in border areas. Security and development are an integral and interdependent relationship and Algeria has given importance to this aspect by securing its borders in light of the security threats that the region knows. Algeria will provide and create an appropriate environment for the development of border areas and adjacent to hotspots of tension known to neighboring countries, and perhaps the most prominent challenge to the Algerian state is to protect border areas by evaluating them, providing infrastructure, and setting up a policy and special programs for these areas, especially in the aspect of development and investment.
