دور الوسائل الإلكترونية الحديثة في حماية البحث العلمي من السرقات

Résumé: يعتبر موضوع السرقة العلمية في قطاع التعليم العالي من المواضيع الحساسة التي تؤثر على جودة هذا التعليم في كل بلد، وتطعن في مصداقية البحوث الصادرة عنه؛ لارتباطها بأخلاقيات المهنة، والنزاهة الأكاديمية، ونظرا للتطور المستمر في مجال الوسائل الإلكترونية الحديثة وتقنيات الاتصال والتواصل، يمكن أن تُثار الإشكالية الآتية: ما هو دور الوسائل الإلكترونية الحديثة في حماية البحث العلمي من السرقات؟ ويأتي هذا البحث للإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية ببيان مقتضيات النزاهة الأكاديمية، وأهم صور السرقات العلمية، وإبراز دور الوسائل الإلكترونية الحديثة في الحد منها، ويتعلق الأمر بالبرامج الإلكترونية، والمواقع والمنتديات والملتقيات الحوارية، وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة كالفايسبوك وتويتر وغيرها، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي بشكلٍ أساسٍ، مع استعمال متفاوت للمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج الاستقرائي. ABSTRACT Plagiarism in the higher education sector is considered as one of the most sensitive issues that affect the quality of education in each country, and undermine the credibility of its research because they are related to the ethics of the profession and the academic integrity. In view of the continuous development in the modern electronic means and the techniques of communication, the following question can be asked: What is the role of modern electronic means in protecting scientific research from plagiarism? This research aims to answer this question by stating the requirements of the academic integrity, the most important manifestations of plagiarism and highlighting the role of modern electronic means in reducing this phenomenon. It is all about to the electronic programs, websites, forums, dialogue forums, and social networks such as Facebook and Twitter…etc. In this study, we used the descriptive, with a mixed use of the analytical approach, in addition to the inductive approach.
