قياس الأثر الديناميكي لعوائد النفط على الانفاق العام والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2019 باستخدام منهجية Ardl للتكامل المشترك

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين عوائد النفط وكل من الانفاق العام والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمنا أساليب القياس الاقتصادي والمتمثلة في طريقة التكامل المشترك وفق منهجية ARDL، واختبار الحدود Bounds Test ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ ECM. وتوصلت النتائج أنه توج علاقة تكامل مشترك بين المتغير المستقل والمتغيرين التابعين في المدى الطويل، وأن أي تغير قصير الأجل في الايرادات البترولية سيؤثر حتما في الانفاق العام والناتج الداخلي الخام ويدفعهما نحو التوازن في الأجل الطويل. This research paper aims to study the nature of the relationship between oil revenues and both of public spending and economic growth in Algeria. To achieve this, we used the economic measurement methods represented in the ARDL method, the Bounds Test and the ECM error correction model. The results concluded that there is a co-integration relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variables in the long run, and that any short-term change in oil revenues will inevitably affect public spending and the crude internal product and push them towards equilibrium in the long term.
