تقييم جودة الخدمة التعليمية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الطلبة باعتماد نموذج Hedperf (دراسة حالة المركز الجامعي بريكة)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس وتقييم جودة الخدمة التعليمية المقدمة من قبل مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وذلك من وجهة الطلبة باستعمال مقياس HedPERF بعد تعديله وفق ما يتناسب مع مجتمع الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي، والاعتماد على بعض الأساليب الإحصائية، تم اختيار طلبة المركز الجامعي بريكة لدراسة آرائهم حول جودة الخدمة التعليمية بالمركز، حيث تم تجميع (57) استمارة صالحة للتحليل من العينة المختارة، وتم التوصل في الأخير إلى أن مستوى جودة الخدمات التي يقدمها المركز الجامعي بريكة متوسطة وفق مقياس HedPERF، حيث كانت بالتفصيل على النحو التالي: تتوفر الجودة في الخدمات التي يقدمها المركز الجامعي بريكة بمستوى متوسط في كل من الأبعاد التالية: البعد غير الأكاديمي، بعد السمعة، بعد البرنامج وبعد الوصول، في حين تتوفر الجودة في الخدمات التي يقدمها المركز الجامعي بريكة بمستوى مرتفع فيما يتعلق بالبعد الأكاديمي. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of educational service provided by higher education institutions, from the Perspective of Students' using the (HedPERF) Model after adapting it to the study population, The study selected students from the Breika University Center to gather their opinions on the quality of educational services at the center, Fifty-seven valid questionnaires were analyzed, the results showed that the level of quality of services provided is Medium according to the HedPERF scale. Where it was in detail as follows: The quality of the services provided by the Barika University Center is available at a Medium level in each of the following dimensions: The non-academic, reputation, programme issues and access, Whereas, the quality of services provided is available at a high level in terms of the academic dimension.
