أثر الانتباه على مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى الطفل التوحدي The Impact Of Attention On Nonverbal Communication Skills Of Autistic Children

Résumé: المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر ضعف الانتباه على مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى الطفل التوحدي، وأجريت الدراسة على مجموعة مكونة من (04) حالات مصابة باضطراب التوحد درجة متوسطة، ولا تعاني من أي إعاقات مصاحبة، تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (5) و(6)سنوات، وقصد تحقيق أهداف اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي أسلوب دراسة حالة، وبعد تطبيق إجراءات وأدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في مقياس تقدير صعوبات الانتباه لدى الطفل التوحدي للباحثين شيخي، قانة (2017)؛ ومقياس التواصل غير اللفظي للباحثة لينا صديق (2005)، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - هناك قصور واضح في الانتباه لدى أفراد مجموعة الدراسة فهم لا يستطيعون تركيز انتباههم على شيء محدد ضمن أشياء متعددة. - لديهم مشاكل على مستوى التواصل غير اللفظي، خاصة على مستوى الانتباه المشترك. - ضعف الانتباه يؤثر على الأداء التواصلي لدى الطفل التوحدي. وانطلقا من نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم بعض التوصيات والاقتراحات للأخصائيين والباحثين المهتمين باضطراب التوحد أهمها: - ضرورة التركيز على تنمية القدرات المعرفية لتطوير الجانب اللغوي الاتصالي لدى الطفل المتوحد. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطفل التوحدي، ضعف الانتباه، التواصل غير اللفظي. Abstract: The objective of this study is to know the impact of attention deficit of non-verbal communication in an autistic child. Studies were done on (4) cases of autism trouble which have no deficit, they presented an average degree of autism there ages were from (5) to (6) years old. To achieve the objective of these studies, we adopted the descriptive method ‘case study’. After the application of procedures and the material of the study presented in the estimating difficulties in the autistic child, which were developed by Chikhi & Gana (2017) and Seddik (2005), we came to a conclusion That the members of the study have a lack of attention they can not focus on something specific among multiple things. Moreover, they have problems with non-verbal communication, especially at the level of joint attention. In addition, the attention deficit affects the communicative performance of an autistic child. Based on these results, some recommendations were suggested to specialists and researchers interested in autism, the most important recommendation is to focus on the development of cognitive abilities in order to enhance the communication linguistic aspect of the autistic child.
