الأمن الصناعي كآلية للسلامة المهنية داخل المنظمات الصناعية.

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى كل منظمة صناعية لتحقيق أهداف السلامة المهنية من خلال تطبيق آليات الأمن الصناعي للوصول للتوافق المهني بين المورد البشري ومهنته، إذ يعتبر إستراتيجية فعالة في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية من جهة و في تحسين أداء العاملين و رضاهم عن عملهم و التقليل من المشاعر السلبية نحو أعمالهم من جهة أخرى. كما تتجسد آليات برنامج الأمن الصناعي في تلك الخدمات التي يقدمها من خلال لجانه ، حيث تكمن وظيفتهم في العمل على توفير وسائل الأمن و الصحة و الوقاية ببيئة العمل، و كذا العمل على توعية العاملين و تدريبهم و تشجيعهم للحفاظ على سلامتهم من خلال إتباع شروط و تعليمات الأمن الصناعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن الصناعي، السلامة المهنية، المنظمات الصناعية، الصحة النفسية. Abstract: Every industrial organization seeks to achieve the Objectives of occupational safety by applying industrial safety mechanisms to reach professional compatibility between the human resource and his profession, as it is considered an effective strategy in the process of economic development on the one hand, and in improving the performance of workers and their satisfaction with their work and reducing negative feelings towards their work On the other hand. The mechanisms of the Industrial Security Program are also embodied in the services that it provides through its committees, where their job lies in working to provide means of security, health and prevention in the work environment, as well as working to educate workers, train them and encourage them to maintain their safety by following conditions and instructions Industrial Safety.
