Étude De L’endommagement Par Fissuration D’une Canalisation Sous Pression Interne.
Résumé: Cracks can exist as a basic material defect or be created during fabrication or construction. These cracks are responsible for the majority of failures that occur in structures such as pipelines that are subjected to static or dynamic stresses. In this work, we present the study of cracking damage of pipelines under internal pressure. The computational code (Ansys Workbench - structural statics) has been used to run multiple simulations on the pipe structure, study the stresses in the pipelines, vary the load fixing conditions and material, propose new structures, initiate defects and study them from the point of view of dimension, orientation and location as well as the location of initiation, perform short and long term analyses, handle fatigue analyses. The numerical results obtained by this code are extremely reasonable as they have been evaluated by comparing simulations based on standards and research in order to establish an appropriate environment to converge the results. A good agreement has been reached on the advanced simulation which allowed us to explore two repair techniques (composite patch and welded shell), fascinating results are recorded according to the three Paris opening modes and the Jim Rice integral.
