اتجاهات الطلاب نحو التعليم عن بعد وعلاقتها بتوقعات الكفاءة الذاتية والدافعية الداخلية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين اتجاهات الطلاب نحو التعليم عن بعد وكل من توقعات الكفاءة الذاتية والدافعية الداخلية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (170) طالبا وطالبة يدرسون بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية جامعة غليزان (الجزائر). استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتطبيق ثلاث أدوات: استبانة الاتجاهات نحو التعليم عن بعد، مقياس توقعات الكفاءة الذاتية المعد من طرف سفارتسر وجيروزيلم (Schwarzer et Jerusalem) ومقياس الدافعية الداخلية المصمم من طرف ليبر (Lepper, 2005)، أشارت النتائج الى تمتع الطلاب باتجاهات ايجابية بدرجة متوسطة نحو التعليم عن بعد، كما وجدت علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين اتجاهات الطلاب نحو التعليم عن بعد والدافعية الداخلية ( ر= 0.27) في حين لم تظهر النتائج علاقة مع توقعات الكفاءة الذاتية. كما ظهرت فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاتجاه نحو التعليم عن بعد تبعا للتخصص الأكاديمي بين فئتي (علوم اجتماعية -علم النفس) وكان لصالح جذع مشترك علوم اجتماعية، وبين فئتي (علوم التربية - علم النفس) وكان لصالح علوم التربية. Abstract : The study aimed to identify the relationship between students' attitudes towards distance education and both self-efficacy expectations and Intrinsic motivation. The study sample consisted of (170) male and female students studying at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Relizane University (Algeria). The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The researcher used questionnaire of attitudes towards distance education, self-efficacy expectations scale prepared by Schwarzer and Jerusalem, and and Intrinsic motivation scale designed by Lepper (2005). The study concluded that The Attitudes of Education and psychology Faculty students in Relizane University towards E-learning were positive and a statistically significant relationship was found between students' attitudes towards distance education and Intrinsic motivation (R = 0.27), while the results did not show a relationship with expectations of self-efficacy. There were also statistically significant differences in the attitudes towards distance education attributed to academic specialization in favour of social sciences and of Education Sciences. Some recommendations and suggestions were listed.
