تقدير الذات و علاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة بغرداية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات

Résumé: Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the existing relationship between self-esteem and the level of aspiration among a sample of Ghardaïa university students, it also seeks to detect the differences in self-esteem according to the variable of sex, in addition to detecting the differences in the level of aspiration according to the following variables: the sex of the student, his academic specialty and his school level. The study resulted to positive correlation between self-esteem and the level of aspiration among the study sample, and showed the absence of significant differences in the degrees of students self-esteem and the level of aspiration according to the variable of sex, while the existing of statistically significant differences in the level of aspiration according to the variable of academic Specialization for the benefit of scientific specialization students, and statistically significant differences in the academic level for the benefit of third-year students.
