Etude De La Vulnérabilité À La Pollution Des Eaux Souterraines Dans Le Bassin Versant De Tamlouka. Intégration De L’outil Sig Et Télédétection
Résumé: Two different methods of mapping the intrinsic vulnerability of groundwater were applied in the alluvial groundwater of the Tamlouka plain (Algeria), covering an area of (473.9) km2. Vulnerability maps were produced using the parametric DRASTIC and SI methods, which have a different number of parameters and weights, eventually giving relatively different results. The vulnerability maps show a similar level of medium vulnerability for the DRASTIC and SI models. Most part of the plain is assigned to a medium to low degree of vulnerability, which is justified by the mid-depth of the groundwater and the low recharge rate. A high degree of groundwater vulnerability is closely present in the north part of the watershed and appears in both methods.
