مساهمة أجهزة الدعم والمرافقة في تطوير المقاولاتية النسوية في قطاع الصناعة التقليدية والحرف بولاية تيبازة The Contribution Of Supporting And Accompanying Bodies In The Development Of Women’s Entrepreneurship In The Traditional Industry And Crafts Sector In Tipaza

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ميدان المقاولاتية النسوية في قطاع الصناعة التقليدية والحرف بولاية تيبازة، حيث يمثل هذا القطاع مجالا خصبا يناسب المرأة بامتياز لما له من مؤهلات وموارد تتناسب مع ظروفها، قدراتها ومهاراتها، مع الإشارة إلى المساعدات والتسهيلات التي تقدمها الدولة في إطار سياستها لدعم ومرافقة هذه النشاطات، ممثلة في مختلف هيئات وأجهزة دعم وتمويل المشاريع المقاولاتية، باعتبار أن هذا القطاع من القطاعات الهامة في الاقتصاد المحلي، كما تم التوصل إلى أن المقاولاتية النسوية في قطاع الصناعة التقليدية والحرف في ولاية تيبازة ضعيفة، ويرجع ذلك إلى توجه المرأة إلى قطاعات أخرى بسبب تطور مستواها التعليمي والرغبة في تحقيق الذات. This study aims to shed light on the field of women entrepreneurship in the sector of traditional industry and crafts in TIPAZA, this sector represents a fertile area that suits women because of the qualifications and resources that are commensurate with their abilities and skills, also, referred to the assistance and facilities provided by the state within its policy of support and accompany these activities, represented by its various bodies and agencies of supporting and financing entrepreneurial projects, as an important sector of the local economy. It was also concludes that women’s entrepreneurship in the traditional industry and crafts sector in TIPAZA is still weak due to the orientation of women to other fields because of their evolving educational level and desire for self-realization.
