Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه المقالة الى التعرف على مساهمة التحقيق المحاسبي كأحد استراتيجيات الإدارة الضريبية في التقليل من ظاهرة التهرب الضريبي، حيث تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على منهجين هما: الوصفي للإحاطة بمختلف الجوانب النظرية والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل ملف المكلف بالضريبية الخاضع للتحقيق المحاسبي المتحصل عليه من مديرية الضرائب لولاية باتنة. ولعل أبرز ما توصلت اليه هذه المقالة هي ان التحقيق المحاسبي يساهم في استرجاع المبالغ المتهرب منها، وهذا ما يدل على الأداء الفعال للإدارة الضريبية وكنتيجة لهذه الفعالية التقليل من ظاهرة التهرب الضريبي. الكلمات المفتاحية: مرجعة جبائية؛ تحقيق محاسبي؛ تهرب ضريبي؛ إدارة ضريبية. تصنيف Jel: H26، H24، H21. Abstract: This article seeks to identify the contribution of the accounting survey in improving the performance of the tax administration and reducing the phenomenon of tax evasion. Two approaches were adopted in this study: the descriptive approach to cover the different theoretical aspects and the analytical approach to analyze the file. of the taxpayer who is the subject of the accounting investigation that we obtained from the State Tax Directorate of BATNA. Perhaps the most striking conclusion of this article is that the accounting investigation contributes to recovering the amounts evaded, which testifies to the effective performance of the tax administration and, therefore, reduces the phenomenon of tax evasion.
