بطاقة الأداء المتوازن و دورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: إن بطاقة الأداء المتوازن برزت في مقال نشر في مجلة هارفارد الاقتصادية سنة 1992 من طرف روبرت كابلان و دافيد نورتن وهو إطار عملي يستخدم كمدخل لتحسين الأداء الحالي و المستقبلي ، من خلال أربعة أبعاد (المالي، العملاء، العمليات الداخلية، التعليم و النمو) وهو منظور متكامل يجمع الجوانب الكمية و المعنوية للأداء ،الداعم لبقاء و استمرارية المؤسسة، من خلال تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي تسعى إلى تنمية المجتمع الذي تعيش فيه. وعليه نبحث في هذه الورقة عن دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن بأبعادها المختلفة في تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة - الكلمات المفتاحية: الأداء الشامل؛ بطاقة الأداء المتوازن؛ التنمية المستدامة؛ الميزة التنافسية المستدامة The balanced scorecard appeared in an article published in Harvard Economic Magazine in 1992 by Robert Kaplan and David Norton, and it is a practical framework that is used as an input to improve current and future performance, through four dimensions (financial, customers, internal operations, education and growth). An integrated one that brings together the quantitative and intangible aspects of performance, supporting the survival and continuity of the institution, through the application of social responsibility that seeks to develop the society in which it lives.
