مؤشرات الانذار المبكر للأزمات المصرفية - دراسة قياسية على الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري خلال الفترة 2000/2017-

Résumé: من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنقوم بدراسة دور مؤشرات نظام الانذار المبكر في التنبؤ بالأزمات المصرفية مع الاسقاط على الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري خلال الفترة 2000-2017، وذلك باختيار مجموعة من المؤشرات التي تعبر عن الأداء الاقتصادي الداخلي والخارجي ومجموعة من المؤشرات التي تعبر عن الأداء المصرفي، ودراسة العلاقة بين هذه المؤشرات ومؤشر الأزمة المصرفية المعبر عنه بالمتوسط المرجح لكل من نسبة القروض المعدومة إلى إجمالي القروض ونسبة مخصصات القروض إلى القروض المعدومة ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة استخلاص نظام قادر على إعطاء إشارات إنذار مسبقة بوجود أزمة مصرفية في الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري وذلك باستخدام طريقة الانحدار الخطي المتعدد. Through this research paper, we will study the role of early warning system indicators in predicting at banking crises with practicing of the Algerian banking system during the period 2000-2017, by selecting a set of indicators that express internal and external economic performance and a set of indicators that express banking performance, and studying The relationship between these indicators and the banking crisis index expressed in the weighted average of both the ratio of bad loans to total loans and the ratio of loan allocations to bad loans. The aims of This study to try to extract a system capable of giving advance warning signals of the existence of banking crisis In the Algerian banking system, using the multiple linear regression method.
