Résumé: الملخص: إن من أهم عوامل استقرار الدول تحقيقَ الانسجام بين الأفراد، والمتفحص في نصوص الشرع يجدها تولي عناية فائقة لإحداث الانسجام والتوافق إلى حد كبير. يأتي هذه البحث ليجيب عن هذه الإشكالية: ما أهم عوامل تهديد السلم المدني على مستوى الأفراد والتنظيمات والسلطات؟، وهل نجد في السنة ما يعالج هذه المشكلة؟ تحاول هذه الدراسة أن تقف على أهم العوامل التي تؤثر سلبا على استقرار المجتمع المسلم-على مستوى الأفراد والتنظيمات والسلطات-، ثم اقتراح مقاربة دينية واجتماعية لإيجاد الحلول لهذه المشكلات على ضوء نصوص الكتاب والسنة، مع تنزيل هذه المقاربات النظرية على تجربة الجزائر الفريدة مع قانون الوئام المدني. واخترت لهذا البحث العنوان الآتي: (مهددات السلم المدني، وطرائق مواجهتها: قراءة في السنة النبوية-تجربة الجزائر مع الوئام المدني أنموذجا-). Abstract: One of the most important factors in the stability of countries is the harmony between individuals, which is scrutinized in the texts of Islamic law, which is very careful to bring about harmony and harmony. This research comes to answer the following problem: What are the most important factors threatening the civil peace at the level of individuals and organizations and authorities ?, Do we find in the guidance of the Prophet what is treating this problem effective treatment ?. This study attempts to identify the most important factors that negatively affect the stability of the Muslim society - or what is called the threat of social peace - at the level of individuals, organizations and authorities, and then propose a religious and social approach to find solutions to these problems in light of the texts of the Quran and Sunnah.
