تداعيات الهجرة غير الشرعية على الامن القومي للدول

Résumé: ملخص: تهتم هذه الورقة البحثية في الأساس بدراسة موضوع تداعيات الهجرة غير الشرعية على الأمن القومي للدول كونه يجسد أحد المهددات المستحدثة لبقاء الدول، ولعل الرابط الأساسي بين هذه الأخيرة والهجرة غير الشرعية هو أن ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية يعتبر من أحد المؤثرات الرئيسية على الأمن الوطني والإقليمي والدولي، لهذا اهتمت الدول –الجزائر أنموذجا- والمنظمات الدولية وعلى رأسها الأمم المتحدة بمكافحة هذا الظاهرة عن طريق وضع عدة آليات كفيلة لمحاولة القضاء على هذه الظاهرة. ABSTRACT: This research paper is basically interested in the study of the repercussions of illegal immigration on the national security of the States, the effects and the mechanisms to deal with it, given that it represents a new threat to the stability of the States. By the way, probably the relationship between national security and illegal immigration is that the latter is one of the main threats to stability, that’s why countries - Algeria as an example - and international organizations, led by the United Nations, are interested in combating this problem by setting up several mechanisms to try to eradicate this phenomenon
