Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى تقنين اختبار الاحتراق النفسي لـــ(ماسلاش) ،واعداده ليكون صالحا للاستخدام والتطبيق في البيئة ‏الجزائرية ، بعد قراءة المقياس و تعديل الفقرات الواجب تعديلها، تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (141) ممرضا ‏وممرضة الذين يعملون في القطاعين الخاص والعام بولايات (سعيدة، سيدي بلعباس، المسيلة) ، وقد دلت نتائج تقنين ‏المقياس على أنه يتصف بمستوى صدق وثبات جيدين ، مما يشير إلى فعاليته وصلاحيته للاستخدام والتطبيق في دراسات ‏أخرى جديدة مرتبطة بظاهرة الاحتراق النفسي‎ ‎لدى االممرضين في البيئة الجزائرية This research aims at rationing the questionnaire of Measurement of burnout which ‎prepared by (Maslash),and preparing it to be proper for using and implementation at the ‎Algerian socity.after reading the test and modifying the paragraphs needing modification, it ‎has been implemented on nurses working in the private and public, in the states of Saida Sidi ‎Bel Abbes, , Messila).‎ The results of rationing the measure showed that it had a good level of validity and ‎reliability .This result indicate the effectiveness and suitability of the measure to be used and ‎implemented in other new nurses related to the burnout phenomenon among nurse in algerian ‎society.‎
