Résumé: منذ انطلاقة الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية سنة 1954م، اتبعت السلطات الاستعمارية الفرنسية سلسلة من الإجراءات السياسية والعسكرية والتي هدفت من ورائها إلى عزل الثورة عن محيطها المغاربي والدولي، لذا قامت السلطات الاستعمارية بشن حرب شرسة على طول الحدود الشرقية، خصوصا بعد إصدار قانون حق التتبع، الذي يسمح للجيش الفرنسي بتتبع أفراد جيش التحرير الوطني إلى داخل الأراضي التونسية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تداعيات حادثة ساقية سيدي يوسف- 8 فيفري 1958م- على تدويل القضية الجزائرية في المحافل الدولية، وكيف أدخلت القضية منطقة المغرب العربي في دوامة الصراع السياسي والإستراتيجي بين القوى الكبرى.
