الرسالة الإعلامية في الفضاء الرقمي بين المسؤولية المهنية والأخلاقية دراسة ميدانية

Résumé: تبحث الدراسة في طبيعة القيم المهنية والأخلاقية التي تحدد الرسالة الإعلامية عبر الفضاء الرقمي من وجهة نظر الصحفي الالكتروني، حيث تبنى الرسالة الإعلامية على أهداف معينة يحاول من خلالها الصحفي إيصال رسالة هادفة، حيث تستهدف دراستنا إلى وصف وتحليل المعايير المهنية والأخلاقية المحددة للرسالة عبر الصحافة الالكترونية الجزائرية، من خلال استطلاع أراء المهنيين بأربع مواقع إخبارية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في مدى التزام إعلاميي المواقع الالكترونية بالمسؤولية المهنية والأخلاقية في طريقة الطرح والمعالجة الإعلامية والتعرف على تصور الصحفيين لدور الصحافة وتصورهم لمهامهم وللأخلاقيات المهنية المتبعة في المعالجة الإخبارية. The study examines the nature of the professional and ethical values that define the media message through the digital space from the point of view of the electronic journalist, where the media message is built on certain goals through which the journalist tries to deliver a meaningful message, as our study aims to describe and analyze the professional and ethical standards specified for the message through the Algerian electronic press. , through a survey of the opinions of professionals in four news sites. The aim of this study is to investigate the extent to which website journalists are committed to professional and ethical responsibility in the media presentation and treatment method, and to identify the journalists' perception of the role of the press and their perception of their tasks and the professional ethics followed in news processing.
