Résumé: إننا نعتقد أن أوراق هذا المقال، هي محاولة تبحث إشكالية الهوية النقابية في مجتمعنا الجزائري، اعتمادا على مقاربة نسقية سوسيوتاريخية، تتخذ من المداخل المنهجية الكبرى الضرورية لاقتراب أية فعل نقابي مهما كانت حقول انعقاده، مداخلاً أساسية في هذه المقاربة، هذه المداخل هي: العقيدة النقابية- التنظيم النقابي- والإستراتيجية النقابية، مستلهمين من بعض التراث النظري السوسيولوجي بعض المفاهيم، التي مكنتنا من إعادة صياغة سؤال انطلاقنا حول موضوع الهوية النقابية Abstract: We believe that this article leaves, is to try to look problematic trade union identity in Algerian society, depending on the approach to systemic historical sociology, take major methodological entrances necessary for approaching any trade union action do whatever held fields of exercise, key entries in this approach, these approaches are: The creed of trade union- Organization of trade union - and strategic of trade union, Inspired by some of the Heritage sociological theoretical concepts, which enabled us to rework our starting question about the subject of trade union identity.
