أثر نظام المعلومات المحاسبي الإلكتروني على الخصائص النوعية للمعلومات المحاسبية "حالة سونلغاز"

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير نظام المعلومات المحاسبي الإلكتروني في تعزيز الخصائص النوعية للمعلومات المحاسبية في شركة سونلغاز، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتجريبي، وقمنا بتشخيص نظام معلومات المجمع باستعمال أداة المقابلة، بالإضافة إلى تحليل (60) استبانة موزعة على المحاسبين في مجمع سونلغاز لثلاثة أنشطة، وهي نشاط إنتاج الكهرباء ونشاط تسيير شبكة نقل الكهرباء ونشاط توزيع الكهرباء والغاز. دلت النتائج على أن نظام المعلومات المحاسبي الإلكتروني يؤثر على الخصائص النوعية، بما يجعل مخرجاته تتصف كونها أكثر قابلية للفهم وملاءمة لمتخذي القرارات، وموثوقة وقابلة للمقارنة، كما بينت النتائج أيضا وجود اختلاف في درجة التأثير على خاصيتي القابلية للفهم والقابلية للمقارنة باختلاف أنشطة شركات مجمع سونلغاز. The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the electronic accounting information system in enhancing the qualitative characteristics in the company Sonelgaz by using the experimental descriptive approach, we have a diagnosis of the company’s information system using the corresponding tool in addition to analysis of (60) questionnaires distributed on the accountants in company Sonelgaz to three activities, like activity of producing electricity and activity of management of network of electricity transmission and electricity distribution activity and gas the results showed that the electronic accounting information system affect the qualitative characteristics, what make the outputs are characterized as being more understandable and relevant for decision makers and more reliable and comparable. The results also showed existence of a difference in the degree of influence on two features of understandability and comparability according to companies activities of Sonelgaz compound.
