النظرية الخليلية الحديثة وما أقرته من أصول علمية New Khalilian Theory And Its Scientific Assets

Résumé: عملت النظرية الخليلية الحديثة لصاحبها الدكتور "عبد الرحمان الحاج صالح، أن تكشف عن القيمة العلمية لأعمال اللغويين والنحاة العرب القدامى واللسانيات الحديثة، من خلال استثمار تحليلاتهم في ميادين تطبيقية مختلفة، مثل تعليم اللغة العربية وتعلمها، والعلاج الآلي للنصوص، إلخ... ورغم أصالة هذه الإنجازات العلمية إلا أنها لم تأخذ حقها من التعريف الكافي بها وبجهود صاحبها الوفــيرة في خدمة اللغة العربية وترقــيــة استعمالها. ويأتي هذا المقال لتسليط الضوء على بعض الأصول العلمية التي أقرتها هذه النظرية والمتمثلة في التفريق بين وضع اللغة واستعمالها، وبالعناية بالنحو والبلاغة معا. New Khalilian Theory of its author, Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Haj Salih, was able to reveal the scientific value of the works of ancient Arab linguists and grammarians and modern linguists, by investing their analyzes in various applied fields, such as teaching and learning the Arabic language, automatic analysis of the texts., etc... Despite the originality of these scientific achievements, they did not take their right to adequately define them and the efforts of their founder in serving the Arabic language and promoting its use. This article comes to shed light on some of the scientific principles endorsed by this theory, represented in differentiating between code and its use, and paying attention to grammar and rhetoric together
