Résumé: تناولت في الأطروحة شخصية أحمد بن يوسف الملياني من خلال د ا رسة وتحقيق مخطوط الصباغ القلعي "بستان الأزهار" الذي ألفه تمجيدا لسيرة هذا الولي الذي يعدّ من أبرز الشخصيات الصوفية في عصره، وأكثرهم تأثي ا ر بمنهجه الدعوي وشخصيته القوية، وبمواقفه التاريخية. حيث يشكل امتداد للنهج الدعوي لمدرسة بجاية في التصوف، والتي كان قطبها الشيخ أحمد زروق البرنسي في القرن التاسع الهجري وامتد تأثيرها إلى القرن العاشر. وقد قمت بتحقيق المخطوط بالاعتماد على أربع نسخ قصد المقارنة فيما بينها واخ ا رج المتن كاملا في صورة سليمة، وتعرضت إلى واقع الحياة السياسية والدينية والاجتماعية والثقافية لعصر المؤلف، وقدمت ترجمة وافية للشيخ أحمد بن يوسف من الولادة إلى الوفاة، كما ترجمت لمؤلف المخطوط محمد بن علي الصباغ القلعي، ووقفت على صحة نسبه الكتاب إليه. وقدمت وصفا دقيقا للنسخ المعتمدة في التحقيق. كما بحثت في قضية موقع المنقبة في خارطة الأجناس الأدبية العربية، وطبيعة الإسناد فيها، وبنيت مختلف الوظائف التي يرشح بها الخطاب المنقبي. This dissertation is about Ahmed ben Youcef El-Miliani through studying and verifying Al-Sabbagh Al-Qalai’s manuscript “The Garden of Flowers,” one of the most prominent Sufi figures of his time. It represents the approach of the Bejaia school of Sufism, whose leader was Cheikh Ahmed Zarrouk Al-Barnasi in 09th C AH to 10th C. I relied on four copies in order to compare them and produce the entire text in a correct form, by dealing the reality of the political, religious, social and cultural life of the author’s era. And provided a comprehensive biography of Cheikh Ahmed Ben Youssef as well as the author of the manuscript, Muhammad Al-Sabbâgh Al-Qalai, and verified the authenticity of the book. I provided a description of the copies approved in the investigation. I also examined the issue of the position of the munqabi in Arabic literary genres, the nature of attribution in it, and established the various functions through which the munqabi discourse is nominated.
