الاتفاق البترولي بين تونس وفرنسا إبان ثورة التحرير الجزائرية على ضوء جريدتي المجاهد الجزائرية والصباح التونسية 1956-1961 المبررات والمواقف والتداعيات

Résumé: أكدت الثورة الجزائرية غداة اندلاعها على البعد المغاربي في كفاحها ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي، فتموين وتمويل الثورة الجزائرية عبر الحدود المغاربية و خصوصا التونسية أهم مظاهر تجسيد التضامن على أرض الواقع، إلا ان الاتجاه نحو القطرية من طرف الحكومة التونسية، وكذا طبيعة العلاقات التونسية الفرنسية، افرز العديد من العقبات -في طريق تحقيق الوحدة المغاربية المنشودة- لعل ابرزها الاتفاق البترولي بين تونس والادارة الاستعمارية الفرنسية، أو ما يعرف آنذاك قضية بترول الحدود، التي تعد من أبرز القضايا الحساسة التي اصطدمت بها قيادة الثورة الجزائرية مع الحكومة التونسية في سبيل تأكيد جزائرية بترول الصحراء، الامر الذي أحدث توترا في العلاقات التونسية الجزائرية، امتد صداه إلى صحافة البلدين آنذاك، على غرار جريدتي المجاهد الجزائرية والصباح التونسية. Summary : The Algerian revolution confirmed the day after its eruption on the Maghreb dimension in its struggle against the French colonization, as it provided and financed the Algerian revolution through the Maghreb borders, especially Tunisia, the most important manifestation of solidarity on the ground, but the trend toward Qatar is on the part of the Tunisian government, as well as the nature of the Tunisian-French relations, Many of the obstacles - in the way of achieving the desired Maghreb unity - have been the most prominent of which is the petroleum agreement between Tunisia and the French colonial administration, or what is known at the time as the border oil issue, This is considered one of the most important issues that the Algerian revolution command clashed with the Tunisian government in order to assure the Algerian desert oil, which caused tension in the Tunisian-Algerian relations, that reached the press of the two countries at that time, like the Algerian newspaper Al-Moudjahid and the Tunisian newspaper Al-Sabah.
