مستوى تأثير وباء كورونا كوفيد-19 على الصحة النفسية لدى الأطباء والممرضين في الجزائر في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الشخصية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى تأثير وباء كورونا كوفيد-19 على الصحة النفسية لدى الأطباء والممرضين في الجزائر في ضوء بعض متغيرات الشخصية، اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي، حيث قاما بتطبيق استبيان إلكتروني من إعدادهما يحتوي على 42 عبارة موزعة على (05) أبعاد، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية تم تطبيقه على عينة متكونة من (295) فردا شملت أغلب الولايات الجزائرية وفي جميع المناطق الجغرافية، وبعد معالجة البيانات وتحليلها تم التوصل إلى أن وباء كورونا كوفيد- 19 يؤثر على الصحة النفسية لدى الأطباء والممرضين في الجزائر بدرجة متوسطة، كما أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في تأثير وباء كورونا كوفيد-19 على الصحة النفسية لديهم تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الإناث، وتعزى لمتغير الوظيفة لصالح الممرضين، وتعزى أيضا لمكان العمل (المنطقة الجغرافية)، كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في تأثير وباء كورونا كوفيد-19 على الصحة النفسية لديهم تعزى لمتغيرات: السن، الحالة العائلية، الأقدمية في العمل، طبيعة العمل ومؤسسة العمل. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اقترح الباحثان توصيات عملية من شأنها أن تخفف من تأثير وباء كورونا كوفيد-19 على الصحة النفسية لدى الأطباء والممرضين وتعزز قدرتهم على تجاوز الأزمات. The study aimed to determine the level of impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health among doctors and nurses in Algeria in the light of some personal variables, the researchers relied on the descriptive curriculum, applying an electronic questionnaire prepared by them containing 42 phrases distributed on (05) Dimensions, after confirming the psychometric properties was applied to a sample composed of 295 individuals, including most of Algerian states and in all geographical regions The COVID- 19 pandemic, after processing and analysing the data, has been found to affect the mental health of doctors and nurses in Algeria to a moderate degree, There are also statistically significant differences among study sample members in the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their mental health attributable to the gender variable for the benefit of females, attributable to the job variable for nurses, and also attributable to the workplace (Geographical region), nor is there statistically significant among study sample individuals in the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their mental health attributable to variables: Age, family status, seniority at work, nature of work and institution of work. In light of these findings, the researchers proposed practical recommendations that would mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of doctors and nurses and enhance their ability to manage crises.
