Résumé: The purpose of this study is to make effective use of credit analysis indicators in deciding to grant credit in commercial banks and to indentify methods and procedures for reducing the risk and reducing the losses that banks may face as a result of lonas and facilities granted by examining the situation of the Algerian populace of the Tidayat agency. For this purpose, the theoretical aspect of the study illustrated methods and criteria, starting with classical methods based on financial analysis and modern methods based on statistical analysis, as well as their role in assessing the risk of bank loans and streamlining the credit decision taken. The study found the importance of credit and its role in identifying the real financial situation of client and borrowers and ensuring that they are well employed and invested in their financial resources, especially if they keep up with the new challenges of banking and credit work and use modern methods and techniques to help them function
