الطّلاق في المجتمعات عبر الحضارات "دراسة في التّحول التّاريخي والتّطور الاجتماعي"

Résumé: عرف الطّلاق نطاقا واسعا في المجتمعات البدائيّة، فكان في بعضها حق تستعمله المرأة في وجه زوّجها، كما كان الحال في النّظام الذي كان يُلحِقُ الولد بأمّه، لكن معظم القبائل القديمة كانت تجعله من حق الرّجل، وأحيانا يكون الطّلاق باتفاق الطّرفين كما هو الحال في قبائل «البوش من الجنوب الإفريقي»، وقد عُرف في الشعوب القديمة مثل : مصر، وبابل، وما بين النّهرين، الهند والصّين.
