مخاطر التلوث البيئي في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: تعد البيئة ذلك الحيز المحيط بجميع الكائنات الحية والتي تتعايش في مابينها ،مما يبرز أهمية حمايتها في ظل تدهور بيئي ملحوظ ،ولعل من أهم أسباب هذا التدهور هو التلوث البيئي الذي خلف آثارا سلبية .وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح هذه الآثار وفحص المنظومة التشريعية البيئية الجزائرية. وقد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج ،تتركز في أساسها حول طبيعة التلوث البيئي وتنوع صوره من بينها التلوث الإشعاعي الذي يسبب ضررا جسيما للبيئة . كما أن القوانين ذات الصلة البيئة قد تباينت في حماية البيئة منها قانون 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة . The environment is a space that surroundings all living things and highlights the importance of protecting them against a background of marked environmental degradation; perhaps primarily as a result of which environmental pollution has had a negative effect; the aim of this paper is to clarify the effects and examine Algeria’s environmental legislation. We have reached a number of conclusions focused on the nature and variety of lepid pollution; including radioactive pollution which causes serious harm to the environment; and environmental protection varies in laws relting to the environment ; including act no 03-10 on the protection of the environment in the context protection the environment in the context of sustainable development.
