Résumé: The importance of media and communication in creases in times of crises that afflict co cities, and it constitutes one of the most important sources upon which the public relies on obtaining Information and maws related to these events, and theist by performing two different roles . the fist is positive , and it is to ensure complete , comprchisie and bland cede coverage of events ,issues and crises as for the se caned roll ,it is negative. Maim fasted in dis toting the facts and providing an in complete, trimmest of events away from objectivity and ,cri bility . The Algeria media gas always been present in the various indusial issues and events that confronted it of all kinds ,but this ate endance was in some aspects positive and it others negative ,so we will shed legit study on the per foeman of Algerian private press represented in the daily newspaper el-chouruk and the extent of ills off activeness undamaging intermit crises such as those which Algeria has know remotely and which is related to the popular ral, which was accom pained by several protests throughout the effectiveness in managing internal crises such as those witch Algerian has know se curtly and wchich is related to the popular el-chouruk, which was accompanied by reveal protests throughout the country . This led to the intervention of many actors from governments official and civil society to experts and specialists in solving this existing problem.
