Optimisation Des Schémas Énergétiques De L’unité 200 Topping/ Rhm2
Résumé: In this work, I do a research about heat exchange equipment and the problems encountered in the use of these equipments, with a proposal to solve the problem of fouling of the heat exchangers of crude per heater in the atmospheric distillation section (Topping) U200 at the new refinery of Hassi Messaoud RHM2. My objective isto propose new crude preheating circuit in this unit by the integration of a newheat exchangerwhich should respond to the unit parameters. I do anoptimization of the new circuit using simulation software ASPEN HYSYS 7.3, and I calculate in this work, the energy gain resulted to demonstrate the benefits of this proposal.
