أثر استخدام الأرضية الرقمية موودل في تطوير التعليم العالي -جامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف نموذجا-

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر أستخدام الأرضية الرقمية الإلكترونية مودلMOODLE على تطوير وتحسين خدمة التعليم العالي بجامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف، والتي إستهدفنا بها شريحة الأساتذة نظرا لإستعمالهم لهذه المنصة بصفة إلزامية خاصة أثناء فترة الحجر الصحي وإغلاق المؤسسات، في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد19) ، حيث قمنا بتوزيع 55 إستمارة إستبيان على مجموعة من أساتذة كليات جامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي، أين تم تحليل 53 إستمارة إستبيان صالحة عن طريق إستخدام برنامج spss v.22. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثر لإستخدام الأرضية الرقمية مودلMOODLE في تطوير وتحسين خدمات التعليم العالي بجامعة الشلف، هذا من جهة الأستاذ و الطالب والوسائل المادية المتاحة للطالب. Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of the MOODLE digital platform on the enhancement and advancement of higher education services at Hassiba Ben Bouali University. In this regard, the teacher cohort was selected as the target group due to their mandatory usage of the platform, particularly during the quarantine and institutional closure periods. Furthermore, a total of 55 questionnaire forms were distributed to Hasiba Ben Bouali professors, and 53 forms were analyzed using the SPSS program. Accordingly, the findings indicated that the implementation of the MOODLE digital platform had a positive impact on the quality of higher education services, benefiting both the professor and the student.
