الخطأ في بيانات المؤمن عليه في التأمين على الحياة
Résumé: يرتب قانون التأمينات على عاتق مكتتب عقد التأمين على الحياة مجموعة من الالتزامات، تتعلق أساسا بالتصريح بالبيانات والظروف المرتبطة بالمؤمن على حياته، ليعتبر أي اخلال بهذه البيانات والظروف خطأ في حق المؤمن، سواء كان الخطأ في "بيان السّن" أو باقي البيانات الجوهرية، ما يعرض المؤمن له لجزاءات تختلف على حسب وقت إطلاع المؤمن على حقيقة البيانات، ونية المؤمن له. The insurance law entails on the policyholder of the life insurance contract a set of obligations, mainly related to the declaration of data and circumstances associated with the insured, and any breach of these data is considered a fault, whether the fault in the statement of age or the reste of the essantial data, which exposes the insured to penalties vary depanding on the time of the truth of the data and the intention of the insured.
