إسهامات أصحاب المصالح كمبدأ لحوكمة الشركات ودوره في تحقيق جودة الإفصاح المحاسبي -دراسة اتجاه بعض آراء الأكاديميين والمهنيين-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة مبدأ دور أصحاب المصالح في تحسين جودة الإفصاح المحاسبي، من خلال تحليل اتجاه أراء بعض من الأكاديميين والمهنيين. وقد تم توزيع استبيان وتحليله باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (spss). توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر قوي وفعال وايجابي لتطبيق مبدأ دور أصحاب المصالح في زيادة درجة جودة الإفصاح المحاسبي، وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة توصي الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات، حيث أنها تساهم في تحديد حقوق ذوي المصالح، وتوفر درجة الموثوقية في التقارير المالية. كما أن حوكمة الشركات هي الكيفية التي تدار بها الشركات وتراقب من طرف جميع الأطراف أصحاب العلاقة. وبالتالي فهي تعتبر بمثابة الأداة التي تضمن كفاءة إدارة الشركة في استغلال لموارد ودراستها للمخاطر. Abstract: This study aims at identifying the contribution of the principle of the role of stakeholders in improving the quality of accounting disclosure by analyzing the opinion of some academics and professionals. A questionnaire was distributed and analyzed using the statistical program (spss). The study found that there is a strong, effective and positive impact on the application of the principle of the role of stakeholders in increasing the quality of accounting disclosure, and in the light of the previous findings, the study recommends the application of the principles of corporate governance, as it contributes to the determination of the rights of stakeholders and provides the degree of reliability in financial reports. Corporate governance is how companies are managed and monitored by all stakeholders. And thus serves as a tool to ensure efficient management of the company in the exploitation of resources and study of risks.
